Research direction:
1. Lithium manganate cathode materials and cell with high temperature resistance and long cycle life
2. Lithium-rich manganese-based cathode materials and cells with high energy density and long cycle life
3. Advanced characterization of battery materials through synchrotron radiation and spallation neutron source and other large-scale scientific facilities
Academic achievements: (Until March 2022) Published over 20 SCI papers on core journals, including those on the J. Am. Chem. Soc. (2021), Chem. Mater. (2020 Editor's Choice) as the first author
Industrialization achievement: Research and development and industrialization project of Li-ion battery material in Gemini Joint Laboratory; Established the development team for Li-ion battery material
Undertaken and completed programs: Undertook the Changzhou Pilot Innovative Talents Introduction and Cultivation Project after arrival in Jiangsu Province in July 2021
