The center is mainly engaged in new battery technology, pilot scale test, and scale-up production service of cell new process and new technology, and is committed to building an open incubation base for new energy technology.

Technical Equipment

The center boasts a full set of Li-ion battery production equipment: Near RMB 60 million yuan has been invested, and four pilot scale production line for cells have been established adaptable for several standard models, including power pouch cell, Prismatic cell, cylindrical cell, small pouch cell, and complete cell electrical performance and security has been established.

Low dew-point cell preparation environment for professional and special process: The cell line is designed with dry room, i.e., low dew point control throughout the process at -40°C~-60°C, and 100,000-level dust cleanliness control. It can meet the control requirements for NCM811, NCA, anode electrode pre-lithiation and several material process environment , which can support the development of the solid-state cell, lithium metal cell, and sodium-ion battery products.

Technical Team

The technical team consists of a full-time manufacturing team of more than 30 persons, and the core members have years of experience in famous lithium battery companies. The technical team is familiar with battery production process and material preparation process, and has rich experience in equipment debugging, process design, process control, and finished product testing.
