“Advanced Battery Technology Innovation Center & Industry 4.0 Intelligent Manufacturing Center (Liyang) was jointly created by Liyang Hi-tech Industrial Zone, Tianmu Lake Institute of Advanced Energy Storage Technologies (TIES), and Siemens Industry Software (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. in April 2019. It is the first battery industry innovation center jointly established by Siemens across the world, and the first third-party platform in the battery industry.
Relying on TIES’s service capabilities in the battery industry test analysis, failure analysis, and engineering scale-up, and strong industrial digital technology ability of Siemens’, “Advanced Battery Technology Innovation Center” mainly serves the battery industry and conducts research and development of generic technologies and facilitate the transformation and upgrading of the advanced battery industry toward intelligent manufacturing.
“Industry 4.0 Intelligent Manufacturing Center (Liyang)” mainly serves the regional general industry, and commits to providing enterprises with full-chain intelligent manufacturing solutions from product design, process planning, to production-manufacturing.
Cored at the intelligent and digital services of the new energy battery industry, the Advanced Battery Technology Innovation Center expands to surrounding areas and domestic and foreign manufacturing enterprises, and provides the whole-chain digital services integrating design and production simulation, production line digitalization, and lab digitalization construction. Specific services include: product design simulation, production line design verification and optimization, information system implementation, etc. We provide customers with digitalized construction and intelligent manufacturing construction consultancy, as well as complete digital enterprise solution and implementation.
